I don't know if they 'shoo' with free will off. Like if your dad is practicing speech in the bathroom mirror and you tell your teen to go to the bathroom without canceling the dad's action, he might refuse to go because his dad's in there. I would not recommend going to work with these both orange or red as it will affect his performance.
He can relieve bladder and hunger at work, but nothing else will increase significantly ime. I think 7? hours fills up the bar all the way.
